Rikke Bukh is admitted as a U.S. Attorney at Law (New Jersey) and primarily works with U.S. visa and immigration matters. She has a solid experience assisting clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant processes across a wide range of industries. Rikke earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Florida and later pursued her law degree at Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
Prior to joining USA DENMARK LAW, Rikke worked at a large global corporate immigration firm as well as small and mid-sized corporate immigration firms in New York, assisting corporate and individual clients within a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, software, manufacturing, consulting, and engineering industries. Rikke’s experience includes preparing a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1A, O-1B, TN, E-3, EB-1A, and EB-1C petitions, as well as employment-based and family-based permanent residence petitions and applications.
