Danish-American Law Firm Established in 2012<\/h2>\n

USA Denmark Law was founded in 2012 as a Danish-American law firm focusing on legal services for Danish businesses in the United States. Initially started under the name Thomas Martin Law by Martin Dahlgaard in New York and Thomas Thorup in Denmark, the firm expanded to offer a wide range of new services such as legal compliance, visa and immigration, tax preparation, and U.S. payroll management.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the firm was rebranded as USA DENMARK LAW when Thomas Thorup ended his partnership with Martin Dahlgaard. With continued growth, the firm has expanded its team and established offices in Nordhavn, Copenhagen; Midtown, New York City; and most recently in Washington, D.C., in 2024. Today, the firm is recognized as a leading Danish-American law firm with a broad client base across various industries.<\/p>\n
